Can't perform FTP Admin Backups after upgrade

Hi guys!
I'm having a hard time trying to get my Admin Backups back to work. I'm currently using a remote FTP server as my endpoint.
Most funny thing is that it was working fine before one of the latest updates. My current DA version is #1.643

This is the error message:

User admin has been backed up. <5:07:19>
ftp_upload.php exit code: 28
ftp_upload.php output: curl: (28) Failed to connect to [endpoint here] port 21 after 254979 ms: Connection timed out
curl return code: 28

Although a backup error has occurred, the upload of valid backups would have still been attempted to [endpoint here] <5:11:35>



I also have a System Backup up and running with no issues. Both backup jobs are pointing to the same FTP server and the exact same port.
¿Any clues?
 
How big are those updates? It might be just a coincidance that the update and this error occurs within the timeframe of some updates.

The amount of MS is 4 minutes. If you have a big backup, maybe the creation of the backup and next transfer might take longer.

Thank you Richard. Yes, the backup is pretty big indeed. But I can't understand why it was working and now I have this kind of error.:cry:
 
It might be it has grown a bit more and then it might just be past the timeout. Can you increase the timeout and try again?
