I've been dealing with this for a few days without sleep. I'm setting up 3 different servers and trying panels. Escape from my attention. Thank you all. I will follow the spam mail problem and start a new topic if the problem is not resolved in the future.

Wait... did you not execute the commands exactly which was given to you ? did you alter the command line before executing ?

I also added the command I ran and its output here a few times. I guess I'm not the only one who missed it. Thank you very much for your help too mate.
