Change number of IPs for Administrator

Hello everyone,

Currently the number of IPs assigned to my administrator is 1 (the server ip).
As it is, when I create users under administrator they are all assigned to the server ip.
I want to create users and assign them a different ip.

Do you know how I can change the total number of IPs assigned to my administrator? I can't find a way and I believe I have searched a lot for this one.

Thank you for the reply and sorry for the late response.
What you suggested worked: systemctl restart startips
I thought I had already followed through this documentation but it seems I didn't.
