Change user password as admin

I need to change the password of a user, I don't have the users current password, but I am logged in as admin. How do i do that?

I used the "Resend Welcome E-Mail" but the password field said * irretrievable *

-edit- after two attempts i finally got a password, i Guess something is wrong here

Go to 'Show All Users'
Click on the user
Scroll to the bottom
See 'Resend Welcome E-Mail' and check 'New Random Password'
Click Send
