Change user type to reseller

I would like to change account type from user to reseller. I have found old posts about dausertool.pl but links to this file appears to be broken/outdated. Is there a new way to change user type?
(I have DA version 1.37.0)

What is a name of script that can change user to reseller?
(sorry, for lame question and poorly forum-search, but I don't have access to /usr/local/directadmin/scripts and I have to give strict orders to my server's admin)
