Changing Reseller password

I have a reseller who has forgotten his password. How can he/I reset/change his password since we both don't know the old password and hence cannot change it logged on as him?

Forget the question!!!!

I figured it out by opening my eyes and seeing the Change Passwords option !!!!

Change password option needs as far as I know the old password.

You can use SSH and login as root and do a passwd on the user

Admins do NOT need the old password to change a password.

Ok, never used the panel for it. Only looked and saw the box "Old password"
