Rights on Bind catalog: drwxr-sr-x 2 root bind

When I creating a new user or a domainpoint I get this error.

Someone who nows why, and how I fix it?

Hi,

please try:
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/set_permissions.sh da_files
and
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/set_permissions.sh etc_configs

Best regards

Didn´t help

Hi,

please try:
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/set_permissions.sh da_files
and
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/set_permissions.sh etc_configs

Best regards

That didn´t help. Any other ideas?

Output

Please post the output for:
ls -l /etc | grep bind

Best regards

My Output:
drwxr-sr-x 2 root bind 4096 Dec 21 19:57 bind
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 356 Dec 30 2012 bindresvport.blacklist

Found it

In /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/custom/dns_txt.conf
there is a line like this: echo '_dmarc="v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rua=mailto:spam-reports@|DOMAIN|"' >> dns_txt.conf

When I create a new user/domain I get the message:"Could not write domain's db file in /etc/bind" and this is the reason: unknown RR type ''_dmarc'

If I # the line, all workes fine.
How do I fix it?

Why do you have a custom template? If there is no reason why, just delete that file and DA will use the standard template.

Best regards

I guess you edited the file and pasted the "echo" statment, you just had to run the echo, that command will put the right line in the file.

Best regards
