Exactly which link is dead? I can download and open the hello_word.tar.gz file here.

Not dead, but Chromium does deem it as not "secure"..... But I guess it's a false positive.

Ah yes indeed. For some reason Chrome just blinks, but does not report anything, at least nog in my Chrome.
Edge does give a warning that it can not be securely downloaded, but there I can choose to keep it.
Glad I'm a Firefox user, no issues.

The link to "hello_world.tar.gz" file on that article is updated to be by default HTTPS:// , but not HTTTP:// one. Hope it will be better now.
