create and restore accounts via admin

Hello

I have created backup of one account on 1 server. Moved backup to another server. Then i have tried to restore backup, but it restores data without domains. The "domains" folder always is empty, why is it ?

backup was created and restored from admin

please help ?

If you do an admin level backup then everything should be there. Check help.directadmin.com on how to put directadmin into debug mode to watch the backup.
