Create domainl, database from admin level ?

I just install DA on VPS
When I login DA, I use Admin-level. Now, I want to create domain, database. I need create reseller->user ? Or I only access user level to create ?

You can use either the user-level of the admin login, or you can create a user with the reseller level of the admin login.

We recommend that if you're actually selling hosting you create resellers and users under them; otherwise you can certainly use the user level of the admin login if you're not going to need multiple IP#s, or the reseller level to create users if you are.
