Can anyone explain how to use the IP Type Global feature?

When I set an IP as Global IP, after adding a reseller the reseller can't add any user.

The error says the reseller has no IP.

How do I use this feature?

You need to assign this ip to reseller (or multiple resellers).

I didn't understand the logic behind it.

If there is a global shared IP, any account created should be on the global shared IP. Why do I have to assign the IP manually? How to automate the process with WHMCS?

Also, this information should have been on the IP Type Global documentation.

It also changed the behavior of the Assign button as it now adds multiple resellers to the global IP.
