Hi Directadmin,

I just wonder why i just received the exceeded disk usage only from the reseller not from the user itself.so it will be easier if i received notification saying that my user utilised the exceeded threshold.

Please help or advise thanks.
 
I assume your talking about the overusage email once the usage threshold has been passed.
DirectAdmin does send out and email for the user if a user goes over the threshold. Are you sure that the reseller didn't go over his/her usage because of this reseller? I can't think of any other reasons why it would say the reseller went over when it was really a user.

If you recieved the email and it said such and sucha a reseller, how did you find out that it was a user level that really went over?

as admin, i just "view all users" then i can see the overused of diskspace from the red marked column..but i'm still not getting mail from DA saying that my user was overused same goes to my reseller, they also not received it.

Please help.Thanks.

Here's my understanding of what happens (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)...

When a user goes over quota, DA will notify both the user and the reseller, at the addresses on file for each.

When a reseller goes over quota, DA will notify both the reseller and the admin, at the address on file for each.

If a user going over quota sends a reseller over quota, then both events should occur.

Or am I missing something?
