DNS problem with parked domains

Hi,

I park domains through "Domain Pointer" e.g. `domain.me`.
When i type `domain.me` as URL in browser, all things are good. But when i type `www.domain.me`, browser says

This site can’t be reached
www.domain.me’s server DNS address could not be found.
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

You can fix this by going to the domain pointer options where you made the domain pointer.
Under "DNS" select Manage and create a www A record.

It is strange though, because that should be there already automatically.

I already check DNS records. But i think the problem rely on our network layers and it's not a DirectAdmin fault.

You're welcome. Could indeed well be the network layers because normally default settings are fine.
