Domain pointer 1 of 2 ips, how to set dns template?

I have two IP numbers on my direct admin (on a VPS). I want a reseller or user account. When I add a domain to this account. I want its automatically get redirected to a "main" root. In the "main" root I have a php file with the forward areas. How do I get this?
