Enable SSL on port 2222

I must be missing something.

How do you enable SSL on port 2222 for Directadmin?

I've already got a certificate, key, and ca bundle. I don't need to generate one.

But I can't for the life of me figure out what options to set in the directadmin.conf to turn this on. A lot of the documentation I see seems to be from 2009.

Shouldn't it just be a matter of telling Directadmin where the pertinent certificate files are and telling it to use ssl and restart?

What's the difference between SSL and ssl in /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf?

I guess that was my confusion.

Actually it seems to be case insensitive:

# /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin c | grep -i ^ssl=
ssl=1

just inherited from old times.

It actually didn't work for me until I set SSL=1 directly in the directadmin.conf file.

SSL does not show up when running /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin c

That's what kind of threw me.

I wasn't sure if manually modifying the directadmin.conf file was the recommended way of making these changes.

Yes, you can edit the file manually or with a command "./directadmin set name value"

- Ability to set directadmin.conf with: "./directadmin set name value"

hi, how about using a multi domain SSL on port 2222
ex
https://domain1.com:2222 (admin)
https://domain2.com:2222 (reseller)
https://domain3.com:2222 (reseller)
https://domain4.com:2222 (user)
https://domain5.com:2222 (user)

I only succeeded for domain1.com, so if accessed from domain2.com and so on, it will be redirected to domain1.com
