Error while cronjob backup

Hi guys,

I've added a new cron job for backups on one of my resellers when I login to the DA after the back should be done instad of a done msg and I get this error:

Unable to create backup directory : /home/tmp/user : <b>Parent directory does not allow write, or one of the directories didn't allow search (execution) permission</b>

any ideas?

Someone changed the permissions of /home/tmp
