That's a much more efficient use of bandwidth and space.

I don't use Fedora Core however you could give this a try.

wget -O update.tar.gz https://www.directadmin.com/cgi-bin/daupdate?uid=123\&lid=1234

(replacing the bold with your license id and number)

That package should contain all of the files you are missing.
