ftp problems

i try to enter to my ftp and give me an error that i dont have perrmision to enter. But i put my username and password and i enter but i cant see nothing.

Do you own your own DirectAdmin server?

If so you should probably check to see if your firewall isn't allowing passive connections through.

If you're a hosting customer then you should probably contact your hosting company's support group, because they're the only ones who can help you.
