Hey.

So i have an admin account that is using a domain from the admin panel all i can do is change the dns records of that domain but i want to add subdomains email accounts etc how do i do this?

when i go to the user section to setup that domain it says it already exists

If you want to add subdomains, you must not use the add domain function but the function to add subdomain.
Subdomains and email accounts can be created from user level.

From admin level, you can switch to user level, which has all kinds of other options, like email and subdomain and database and more. There is a seperate option for creating subdomains, so don't use the domain setup option for that.

But the domain that I used to setup direct admin i can't use it I go to fns administration and I csn exit dns records from there and I csn go to file manager though even when I go to the user section the domain I used to setup direct adnin is not there and I can't add emails and subdomains

Try switchting to enhanced theme and see if you can see it there.
Is this a personal license? Do you only have admin as the only account present?

I have 1 admin which is me its my license I csn use all my other domains correctly with emails and subcontinent but the domain I added as the Web server I cant

Then I don't know. Is this a freshly installed server? If yes, you could try to remove the domain and then add it again.

Hey i looked online you cant edit the web server domain that was added by default this is now solved.
