Let's say I have a user, his email is: [email protected], when he opens a support tickets, the system send me (as an admin) a notification email that a ticket has been open, the problem is that that email is sent from his email address ([email protected]) so it gets flagged as spam (since the server don't have the permissions to send from that email)
The solution for me is to fix the email that support ticket notifications are sent from to an email that the server has the permissions to send from it
