how to disable high load mails

How can i disable the high load mails such as:
Code: 
This is an automated message notifying you that the 1 minute load average on your system is 20.17.

This has exceeded the 10 threshold.

and/or where can I change the load value when the system should mail.
 
searched but nothing found that is why I posted this topic
