How to select IP for a site

Hi have a quastion
I have a website allredy setup on a shared IP now I got SSL for it and need to point it to dedicated IP how can I do chages in direct admin. This web site under admin was created this my own site please help.
 
From the admin or reseller level, view a list of users and view details for the user you want to give an IP address. Then click on the Modify User xxxx button. On that page should be a dropdown box to change the IP address for that account.
 
this is admin user I'm not able to find this there
does DA has solutions like cPanel change site ip?
