How to Switch From Nginx to Apache?

What needs to change, 2 things, a better way of adding writing for sub-domains is above all that when you work with Nginx or apache2, give the possibility to the person who manages the user and who develops with other applications to choose which WWW to use without it being changed for everyone.

Selection is there already and can be used per-domain. Any subdomain can be added as a domain to get additional features like this, email management and others that subdomains do not have.
 
You are on, because I just did, and it does not work, it to activate for the domain with www, but subdomains, it does not work.

Your screenshot still says they are added as subdomains, not domains.
 
The screenshot I'm creating is just for the change to be made if this function is redeveloped.

What I said in PM, is that when you click on the URL it leads to a 404 error, because what you explained from the beginning does not work is what I ask, is to know how to activate the rewriting in nginx for subdomains, understood?
