Howto: Httpd.conf Customization, Where to put Htaccess 'Allow from'? (in which custom token)?

We have an Htaccess file with:
order deny,allow
deny from all
# Office
allow from xx.xx.xx.xxx

- I would like to put this in the httpd.conf for this user. In which section should I put this?
Custom1,Custom2,Custom3,Custom4
- Is 'order deny,allow' still the way to go (with apache 2.4)? I read some different remarks on this.

The access control directives should be added between tags <Directory ....></Directory> in Apache configs. So you might add your directives into section |CUSTOM3|

Please note, by default an user can overwrite access restrictions in their .htaccess.
