httpd failing continuously

Hi,

The httpd in my directadmin server is failing continuously. I have checked the logs and cron; but not able to find any thing relavent.

The server details are:

Define failing, you mean crashing?

yes its crashing. Bur the status of httpd will be seen 'up'.

When I check status some times get ' httpd dead but pid exists'

the error log should tell you somesort of a reason, it doesn't?
