httpd & sshd don't start

I just updated DA using Custom Build and now I am getting

An error has occurred

Details

/sbin/service httpd start 2>&1

And what's worse, now for some reason I cannot access via SSH.
I tried restarting in DA a few times but to no avail, as well I also did a reboot and same thing.

you need to log in by kvm if possible and run yum -y update and ssh should work again

or have datacenter run that command on a console

then run

chmod 755 /etc/init.d/dovecot and then /etc/init.d/dovecot and see what happens

seems latest install there is a permission problem with the file
