I try to make a backup of all users and logged in as admin level, ACCES DENIED????

I am on admin level and i want to ake a backup of all users, files and databases:

I get a message::

Error while backing up database divers_ebali
Error while backing up database divers_ebali: The sql file is 0 bytes in size: /home/admin/admin_backups/divers/backup/test_ebali.sql

/home/admin/admin_backups/divers/backup/divers_gwd.sql already exists, cannot make backup.

I have no idea why i cant make any backup. I had to add aadmin domein to et ftp access from another location,a lso strange setup.

How can i solve this?

Hello,

Did you mask a real user name with "'test@'localhost' "? Or it's exactly how directadmin shows?
