Installing SSL Cert (TrueBusiness ID with EV)

I've been trying to install the above type of SSL cert which I obtained from GeoTrust for the last 3-4 days without much sucess on the domain https://www.racksrv.com/portal.

In some browsers, the EV cert works as it should where as others (including on the iphone) it doesn't. Furthermore, a test on sslshopper.com gives:

"The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following GeoTrust's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform (use these instructions for RapidSSL). Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates."

I've tried everything DirectAdmin have suggested as well as what's covered in the sslshopper link but with no success.

As such, I'm looking to hire a trustworthy and well regarded member of the DA community to fix the matter for me.

Anyone up to the task?

I hope you've gotten this resolved by now. If not, check to make sure you're uploading the intermediate/chain certificate (DiretAdmin calls it a CA Cert) into DirectAdmin.

I have resolved this now but for some reason I had to reference the chain cert in the master httpd.conf file and not the one for my DA Admin user (which is what the domain is registered under)
