Is it possible to not allow reseller to unsuspend a suspended user?

Hi,

I wonder if there is any way to set not allow a reseller to unsuspend a suspended user since I need to suspend a user but the reseller keeps unsuspend that user

Not that I know of since that is an operation done on the reseller level not the admin.
This is where communication with your clients & resellers really comes in handy
