The last few weeks I'm providing JetBackup5 on VPS servers. On a server I get an error in the front-end of JetBackup.
I have only an administrator account. This didn't stop me and I used this account and logged in as the admin since I had the privelage to do in the userlist of DirectAdmin. I again tried to acces the dashboard. This time logged in as the admin. But it probably saw trough my disguise, since I got again the error mentioned above.
Is there something that I can do now in DirectAdmin? I got a feeling JetBackup is doing a check on account_id. That only user with id 1 is privileged to set up. Instead of checking of administrator privileges.
But when logging in a different DirectAdmin server with not jetbackup set up. Where i'm not administrator. I can acces the interface. So I get two different scenario's on the same action.
I've done some research and I have the following information. This is the only server I can currently not login as an admin. (make it user_id 1, If you think database wise)Failed loading panel preload information. Error: Invalid user id provided - Unable to load account..
