I am running on:

[root@da1 r1u1]# uname -a
Linux da1.zgoda.net 2.6.9-34.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Mar 8 00:27:03 CST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@da1 r1u1]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 4.3 (Final)
[root@da1 r1u1]#

I've bought license for CENTOS, but now in DA I can see:

Compiled for Redhat Enterprise 4.0

Is this ok ?

I know that CentOS is based on RPM's made by RH, but I want to be sure that this is normal behavior.

regards,

DA is not recompiled for CentOS because any program compiled for RHEL 4.x will run in CentOS 4.x.

In fact, even the official RPMs are interchangeable.
