I had already cancelled my license before renewal date from my account login, however don't know why the license was not cancelled,
can you please cancel the license and reverse the charges charged on my card
i no longer use this license and no longer wish to continue using it as well,

Also please note that there was no intimation on the renewal by email, before the license fee was charged,

Please advise further on the refund,
 
yes, i did cancel but it seems the portal cancelled it for a future date.
even before the renewal date, it does not allow to cancel the license for the current period, even if the
cancellation date is before the renewal date,
would had appreciated if there was a intimation for the renewal,
