stop assuming there was violations on my part. or maybe YOU will be on the receiving end of a defamation lawsuit.
I did not where assume there was a violation at your part. You might want to learn to read. I said you don't have a contract with DA, end of story.
That the party which sold you the license went out of business I also mentioned, and I said possibly THEY violated the terms, maybe also not, all depending on what they told you on selling.
The result is the same, DA has nothing to do with that, legally or otherwise, you don't have a contract with DA, end of story. The lifetime license was for with that company in that datacenter. If they did not mentioned it to you then THEY conned you.
You probably did nothting wrong, except for having no contract with DA (and thinking you do) and being an ass here on the forum.
If I sell you a Mercede with lifetime warranty as a garage and I go broke, good luck getting your lifetime warranty from Mercedes factory.
if i prepay lifetime of CANNED BEANS and the grocery store goes out of business its IRRELEVANT because the beans company still has to deliver me the beans.
Even if you bought the lifetime license with DA itself, they still have the right to declare end of support or end of life at any time. And it's still working so still alive.
But as said, no contract with DA, no rights. Call your lawyer first, he will tell you.
I didn't want to answer anymore, but I'm having so much fun at the moment with such lack of legal knowledge coming with the statements from you, it's just rediculously funny.
