Little Help Please

Okay I have enabled my front page extension. I have uploaded the web page design I want to use. But now I can not figure out how to place it where it needs to me.


Can anyone help me in this matter? I asked in the help file and it tells me to look for webpage builder in my file and I can't seem to find it nor do I understand.

I am sorry what I meant by front page is a home page.

Front Page Extensions refers to a specific Microsoft product.

If that's not what you mean, please rewrite your post.

I'm sorry but I am not really sure what you would call it. I have read so much lately that I am a bit confused in it all. I dont' know wether to call it a front page or a home page..

I want a page before my forum that welcomes everyone then it links to the forum page.

Forgive me for I am rather new to this and I am doing my best to learn the language of web site design.

Hi,

FrontPage extentions are only required (and imho should only be used) when you have created your website using Microsoft Frontpage. You also then need to use Microsoft Frontpage to upload it to your website.

What you are referring to is a homepage and is the first page people see when they visit your website.

This file should be uploaded in /domains/<yourdomain.com>/public_html and should be called index.html.
