I just added a new user. His domain name is still hosted by another hosting provider, so the account on my server is dormant until the DNS is changed. However, when I sent him a mail through my own account I get the message that this address is not in use. It appears as though my server does not look up his domain name in DNS but rather uses the local domain name on his account on the same server (does this explanation make sense?). I have set the number of mail addresses on his account to 0, since he only wants to transfer his www to my server. He's happy with his current mail provider.
How can I make my server use his real mailserver in stead of trying local?
