Thanks for the suggestion, in my case it's not Outlook/Hotmail/MSN/Live.com etc but Microsoft 365 hosted email.

If the link of Brent does not work for 365, then use the link from post #10 and use the last option "other" I thought it was.
Fill in the form, see what they say. If you would need to be anywhere else, I'm sure they will point you in the right direction.
