I have been searching the forum and web for an answer to this, but without success. Sorry if it has been posted before.
My problem is that the reseller I have created now with an unlimited package still does not get anything allocated. When I look at the reseller data it looks like this:
Setting Current Usage Allocated Maximum Usage
Bandwidth (MB) 13.899 0.000000 unlimited
Disk Space (MB) 8.8906 0.000000 unlimited
# of Domains 1 0 unlimited
etc..
I have other resellers on the server using the same package and they are working without any issues. Any ideas why this happens?
