Modify User

In the Evolution skin I cannot see a link to modify a user.

Did you try browser search? ctrl+f on Windows/Linux or cmd+f on Mac, then enter: Modify.

Thanks. It seems to me that it would be better under Actions. I look for categories and when I saw the row that started with Domains and saw the first couple of items I thought the whole row was just information not actions that could be taken so I dismissed the whole row.
