Monitoring bandwidth/http usage

Hi,

What is the best and fastest way to monitor bandwidth.

So on one of my servers I have some heavy httpd usage and I want to see who's site is causing this - like in CPanel using Server Status -> Apache Status.

Any help appreciated.
