multiserver Error

hello,
Getting the below error while testing multiserver setup. I have also
checked by flushing firewalss on both servers.

Error during connection test

Details

IP Address Unable to get api result. Check your configuration options.

I have also entered the correct username and password. What else i have to check.

Check that nameservers on all servers you've set in the Multiserver Setup are working properly, and that they respond by IP#.

Not getting...
I can connect through multiserver from one server. While getting this error while connecting from other one. I have two servers added in multiserver setup.

Check that nameservers on all servers you've set in the Multiserver Setup are working properly, and that they respond by IP#.

Possibly the two servers cannot talk to each other. I don't know which port they use, so you may have to contact DirectAdmin Support.
