multiserver setup

hi,
I am configured multiserver setup,but while test connection it gives following error:

Unable to connect to IP (110.110.110.110)
Unable to open a socket

Sounds like you dont have the server IP configured correctly in the multiserver setup page...

Or perhaps a firewall issue?
