My account is disabled

recently i have purchased a domain name and now when i am trying to login my admin panel it is showing youre account is disabled.4040 error is thrown on website url.please help me out

Administrator or user?
If user, contact your hosting provider
If admin, give more info

I have purchased the hosting from direct admin and after some days ,it is showing your account is disabled.

Directadmin doest offer hosting, Directadmin offers a hosting panel that company's can use and resell for hosting.
So i guess you are a user, and you will have to ask the company that you pay money to and not Directadmin.
