My disk usage is showing 0,00 MB
But it is 15700.5

I have already run this command in ssh :

echo "action=tally&value=all" >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue


But is don't help

My guess is either cron isn't running correctly, or the quotas are not setup on the correct partition.

Where is it failing?
The above guides provide a method of narrowing down the problem.

So what does work, and what doesn't?

Test the reqpquota command, make sure it works.
Check the cron, make sure it's running.
Make sure the task.queue is being processed.
