my Phpmyadmin didn't work

Hello every body,
After installation directadmin my phpmyadmin didn't work and I faced with this page

Service Unavailable​

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

How can i solve this problem?

there is error log for it somhwere at /var/www/html/ or one level deeper in phpMyAdmin folderthere I woult check that first

This usually means PHP Is borked. Try

/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/build php d

Hard 25GB
CPU 1 core...
You think I should use higher specifications؟؟؟

Nothing at all, with your advice I emptied my swap memory and every thing work fine.
