Jetbackup has lot of negative comments in the past about restore problems.

I binned JetBackup months ago.
I'm considering it, but I'm missing multilingual capability and Backblaze R2.
Started testing Acronis, but had problems with its installation. Next, when the backup agent was up and running, I changed storage to Backblaze, and a new problems has occurred. Have two support cases, but their support isn't the fastest. Not many people is using it?
