Need help sorting out uploading a new version of my website

So I replaced all the old files

I took them out and placed em in a backup folder so NONE of the old pages are still in the public html map.

I then uploaded the new html files but now when I go to the adress of the website its totally screwed up....

There are several parts that were part of the old website which shouldt even be accesible since theyre not in public_html anymore....

What is up with this?? Is this just a bad host or why does it seem too lag in updating or just doing it halfassed?

Sounds like something you need to work out with your hosting provider. This forum is for administrating servers that use the DirectAdmin control panel. Something like this would need system log files, which unless you are the admin, you don't have access to.
