Need help with Let's Encrypt

Yesterday, I can renew/get new crt via directadmin's let's encrypt page

but today I try to renew/ get new crt and I got this problem (all domains in my server):

mydomain.com was skipped due to unreachable http://mydomain/.well-known/acme-challenge/ file.
www.mydomain.com was skipped due to unreachable http://www.mydomain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/ file.
No domains pointing to this server to generate the certificate for.

but nothing I have change today
how can I fix it? thank you

it's wired, after some minutes, I got directadmin message and tell me finish to get my new cert

I just see my server IP in Brute Force Monitor by mod_security2 .. but how to fix it? thanks

I think it's because your requests are too frequent
