pecl not found

Hi,

I'm installing script that require PHP Mailparse PECL, I founded this guide

rpm -ivh http: //Pkgs.repoforge.org/Re2C/Re2C-0.13.5-1.el6.rf.x86_64.rpm
pecl install mailparse

I'm getting pecl : command not found

But I don't know what's better way to install php-pear? using custombuild? there better option to install mailparse?

Now I have another question To add mailparse extension it's possible add with custombuild?

Should be add --enable-mailparse?

I think it's possible but I don't know about that, however I found another thread in custombuild 2.0 for you which might be of help.
