Please Help If You Can Reseller Restore

Hello,

I am trying to restore one reseller account, and right after I hit restore nothing happends seems like it just got frooze or something. everything else got restore fine but only that file is not getting restore, PLEASE HELP ME.

I did manually but than I loose my MYSQL database link. WHY Cant I restore that reseller with DA, DID DA changed something to there backup/restore option or what the HECK is wrong with DA the TAR file is not corrupt if it can extract manually than it should restore via DA restore. THAT RESELLER also has its own assigned Dedicated IP.

Please help me.

Have you tried recreating the reseller and then restoring the backup?

Is the database a standard DA created database with the DA naming convention of username_database name?

Do you still have access to the actual database files (as opposed to the backup file created by DA)? If so have you tried just manually restoring those files?
