[Plugin] IP Blocker

Hi, I use both of these two links. again the ipblocker installed and appear in the user panel. but whenever I click on it, nothing happen. the browser just work and stop.
the browser wants to go to : "domain"/CMD_PLUGINS/ipblocker but nothing will happen.

Would you please tell me what is the problem ?

Hi, I cannot say whats the problem, i`m just "enduser", you need a linux guy, maybe some other here?
On my side I have ipblocker v1.8 running on Php 5.3.28, Centos64 6.0 without problems, installed by plugin-installer in DA.
 
Sorry, but I'm not your dear, I'm my wife's dear. :)

CSF/LFD nowadays also has the option to block when too many 403 or 404 errors are created by a certain ip.
